Sales Executive – Hotel & Events

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue for both our boutique hotel, Centro, and our rooftop event space, Bloom. The role blends room sales, events, catering, and décor, offering a unique opportunity to shape guest experiences in Pune.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual room sales targets for Centro.
• Develop and maintain corporate, travel‑agent, and direct booking relationships.
• Promote special packages, loyalty programmes, and competitive pricing.
• Identify, qualify and convert leads for social, corporate, and community events at Bloom.
• Collaborate with clients on catering menus and décor concepts, and coordinate with operations and F&B teams for flawless execution.
• Conduct sales calls, property tours, presentations, and prepare proposals.
• Represent the brand at trade fairs, promotional events, and networking activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or Event Management (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in hotel or event sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Energetic, guest‑focused and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with OTAs.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
