Sales Executive (Hospitality)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue for our portfolio of mid-range hotels in Guwahati. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with corporate and travel partners, and promoting our properties to maximise occupancy.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new corporate and leisure accounts through meetings, calls and site visits.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Track sales performance, generate regular reports and analyse market trends.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives, networking events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and business development abilities in hospitality or a related service sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality guest experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work on-site in Guwahati and travel locally for client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience using CRM tools for lead management.
• Ability to produce sales reports and analyse data.
