Sales Executive – Growth & Development

About the role

The Sales Executive – Growth & Development will be the front‑line representative of Vikas Medical Devices in Patna. This entry‑level position focuses on building relationships with hospitals, nursing homes and clinics, promoting a portfolio of world‑class OEM medical equipment, and generating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, nursing homes and clinics on a regular schedule to introduce products and gather leads.
• Generate, qualify and close sales leads, maintaining accurate visit logs and lead status.
• Support product demonstrations and clinical presentations for healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, installations and required documentation.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing and emerging opportunities.
• Participate in all mandatory product and sales training programmes.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline); MBA is an advantage.
• 1‑2 years of experience in the medical devices industry or a strong willingness to learn the sector.
• High energy, self‑driven and comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both the local language and English.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of medical equipment and hospital environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort using digital tools; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
