Sales Executive – FMCG (Hair Care, Edible Oils, Spices)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to lead the growth of our FMCG portfolio, which includes hair care, edible oils, spices and coconut oil products. Based at our headquarters in Rayagada, you will be responsible for expanding market presence and driving revenue through strong distributor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and distribution targets across assigned product lines.
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, ensuring optimal shelf placement and product visibility.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand channel coverage to increase product availability.
• Negotiate pricing, promotional offers and commercial agreements with trade partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of proven FMCG sales experience, preferably in General Trade.
• Graduate degree; MBA preferred.
• Target‑driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent execution and communication abilities.
