Sales Executive – FMCG (Baby Care Brand)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to launch and grow the Parpie baby‑care brand in the assigned territory. The role focuses on onboarding new retail partners, expanding the dealer network and driving market penetration for this fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) product line. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with key accounts and ensure product visibility on shelves.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retailers, distributors and pharmacies to introduce the Parpie brand.
• Identify and onboard new retail partners to expand the dealer network.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market share.
• Travel across the territory as required to support business development.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the brand team.
• Maintain accurate records of retailer visits and orders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with retailers, distributors and pharmacies (preferred).
• Ability to spot new business opportunities and grow the dealer network.
• Own a two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence (preferred).
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets.
