Sales Executive – Fitness Tech

About the role

Discipl, a fast‑growing fitness‑tech startup, is looking for a Sales Executive to expand its presence in the Kozhikode market. You will work on‑site, building relationships with gyms, fitness brands and other partners to drive adoption of our three‑app ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and generate qualified leads within the local fitness community.
• Present product demos, tailor solutions and negotiate contracts with gyms, brands and related partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while maintaining a robust pipeline in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and support promotional campaigns.
• Track sales performance, report on pipeline status and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in fitness, technology or SaaS environments.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and goal‑oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of the local Kozhikode fitness market is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
