Sales Executive – EdTech

About the role

Frontlines EduTech Private Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join its growing EdTech sales team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on generating new student enrollments by contacting prospects, presenting the company’s educational programs, and converting leads into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients to support business growth.
• Make 150+ outbound cold calls daily to prospective customers.
• Present and explain EdTech products and services to prospects.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.

Required profile

• 3 months to 1+ years of experience in telesales, EdTech, BPO or similar sales roles (freshers with career gaps are welcome).
• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a pressure‑driven environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad and provide a personal laptop.
