Sales Executive – EdTech (Hyderabad)

About the role

Frontlines EduTech Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic, target‑driven Sales Executives to join its growing sales team in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting the company’s EdTech programs, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients to drive business growth.
• Make 150+ outbound cold calls daily to generate new leads.
• Present and explain EdTech products and services to prospects.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to meet collective sales goals.

Required profile

• Freshers with a career gap are welcome.
• Prior experience in telesales, EdTech, IndiaMART sales, BPO, or similar sales roles is preferred.
• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets under pressure.
• Willingness to work from the office in Hyderabad.
