Sales Executive – Corporate Gifting Solutions

About the role

Nexora - Corporate Gifts is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business and expand its corporate gifting portfolio in South Delhi. You will work directly with businesses to understand their branding and engagement needs, and propose tailored gifting solutions that enhance employee recognition, client appreciation, and promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new corporate clients, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Meet prospective clients, assess gifting requirements, and prepare customized proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate terms, close sales, and coordinate order processing, customization, and delivery with internal teams.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, gather feedback, and drive upselling opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and represent Nexora at client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development abilities, including lead generation and deal closure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in customer relationship management, preferably in B2B environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in South Delhi and travel locally for client meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Comfort using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
