Sales Executive – B2C (Interior Design)

About the role

Decorpot, a leading residential interior design company in India, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive B2C sales. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective and existing clients, presenting tailored interior solutions, and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Present and demonstrate Decorpot’s interior design solutions to meet client needs.
• Identify customer requirements and propose suitable design packages to generate revenue.
• Prepare business proposals, contracts, and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2C environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and passionate about achieving results.
• Professional, customer‑focused, and solution‑oriented mindset.
