Sales Development Representative – US/EMEA (Remote)

About the role

Skyflow is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline growth across the US and EMEA markets. Based in India, you will focus on high‑volume outbound cold calling, engaging senior stakeholders and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified pipeline opportunities through 100+ daily outbound calls, complemented by email, LinkedIn and multi‑channel outreach.
• Research and engage decision‑makers in enterprise and mid‑market accounts across US and EMEA, adapting pitch to cultural nuances.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule meetings for Account Executives and hand off well‑documented context.
• Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and with Sales/Customer Success to identify expansion targets.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development or Inside Sales within B2B SaaS or technology.
• Proven high‑volume cold‑calling track record (100+ calls per day) in US and/or EMEA markets.
• Strong verbal and written English, able to engage senior stakeholders naturally.
• Coachable, growth‑oriented mindset with ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Willingness to work shifted hours aligned to US and/or EMEA time zones.
