About the role

Atica is launching a new outbound initiative to capture corporate travel and extended‑stay market share for US hotels. As an Outbound Sales Development Representative you will work closely with internal data teams, turn market signals into outreach actions, and secure qualified meetings that feed the revenue engine of a 200+ hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a high‑volume cadence of outbound calls and personalized emails to US corporate travel decision‑makers.
• Act quickly on fresh market signals (e.g., new regional construction projects) to engage prospects at the right moment.
• Navigate corporate structures, handle gatekeepers, and book high‑intent meetings that generate pipeline revenue.
• Maintain pristine data hygiene in the CRM and ensure smooth handoffs to the closing team.
• Provide feedback on messaging, channels, and campaigns to shape the outbound playbook.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven B2B outbound sales experience focused on the US market.
• Strong understanding of US business culture, regional geography, and communication styles.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting‑generation targets.
• High comfort with cold calling and a self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset.
