Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Passionfruit is an AI‑driven search and marketing startup helping global brands improve visibility across platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate outbound pipeline and create new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and qualify prospective customers through outbound outreach, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
• Prospect, qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain activity and pipeline generation targets.
• Track interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR or business development.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to handle cold‑calling objections and close meetings.
• Strong communication, organization and follow‑up skills.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented mindset.
