Sales Cashier

About the role

The Sales Cashier will work on‑site at iVenus’s Pune store, handling all checkout operations and supporting the sales team. This full‑time position ensures smooth, accurate transactions and a friendly experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, card and digital payments using the POS system and issue receipts.
• Maintain an organized and secure checkout area.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide support to sales staff.
• Update billing and transaction records in the store’s billing system.
• Perform basic inventory checks for billed items.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and cash‑handling procedures.

Required profile

• Strong cash‑handling, billing and POS system experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic numerical and data‑entry skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time and multitask during peak hours.
• Prior retail or cashier experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; familiarity with Apple products is a plus.
