Sales Business Development

About the role

Creative Code Productions is looking for a dynamic Sales Business Development professional to drive new revenue streams for our creative production house. You will work on‑site in Bangalore, collaborating with a talented team that delivers brand films, corporate videos, TV commercials and other visual content.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across agencies, brands and media partners.
• Generate leads through networking, research, referrals and outreach activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their requirements and proposing suitable creative solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and business pitches.
• Collaborate with internal production and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct market research and track business development activities.
• Work towards achieving defined sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Servicing or Account Management.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident and professional in client interactions.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Agency experience in advertising, creative, digital marketing, media or video production is a plus.
