Sales Associate – Retail Eyewear

About the role

As a Sales Associate at Lenskart, you will work in a vibrant retail environment across various locations in Kerala, helping customers find the perfect eyewear. You will combine product knowledge with strong customer service to drive sales and enhance the brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in selecting eyewear products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable frames, lenses, and accessories.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the buying journey.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and value‑added products.
• Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
• Ensure stock availability and support inventory management.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Follow company SOPs and maintain store hygiene and operational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or above.
• Freshers are welcome; prior retail or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam; English preferred.
• Passion for sales and customer interaction.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
