• Support client development through follow‑ups, appointments, and outreach activities.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and collections.
• Ensure boutique presentation and operations reflect Maison standards.
• Collaborate with boutique and cross‑functional teams to provide a seamless client journey.
• Represent Cartier with professionalism, elegance, and authenticity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or other client‑facing environments.
• Passion for luxury, client experience, and relationship building.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
