Sales Associate

About the role

India Fashion World is seeking a full‑time Sales Associate for its Gurugram store. This hybrid role combines on‑site customer interaction with occasional remote tasks, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong in‑store presence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and styling advice.
• Process point‑of‑sale transactions, manage returns and exchanges according to company policy.
• Maintain accurate sales records and handle cash and digital payments.
• Support merchandising activities, including visual displays, stock replenishment, and basic inventory checks.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or digital channels.
• Assist with promotional events and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with clear communication and active listening.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or business education is a plus.
• Previous experience in fashion, retail or customer‑facing roles preferred but not mandatory.
