About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team in Gurgaon. The role focuses on engaging customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering a seamless buying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and propose suitable product or service solutions.
- Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required profile
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills.
- Confident, presentable personality with strong negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer‑handling skills.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and willing to work from Gurgaon.
