Sales Associate

About the role

As a Sales Associate you will deliver exceptional experiences and world‑class service to Crocs customers in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will educate shoppers about products, promotions and events while supporting store goals and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and uphold visual presentation standards.
• Assist across store departments, including consumer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising and stock room management.
• Operate the POS system, handle stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns and loyalty program promotions.
• Collaborate with store management to improve personal KPIs through sales‑driven techniques.
• Follow asset protection, inventory control and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• 2‑3 years of retail experience, preferably in sports or footwear.
• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Strong desire to succeed in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
