About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our team in Jodhpur. You will engage with prospective candidates, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward the most suitable career support programs offered by Nike Consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective candidates via phone and follow‑up calls.
• Identify candidate requirements and career objectives through discovery calls.
• Explain Nike Consultant’s services, programs, and pricing clearly.
• Build trust, handle objections, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with recruiters and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Stay updated on U.S. job market trends and company offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce or a related field.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in sales, tele‑calling, business development, customer service or counseling is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
