About the role

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a seasonal Brick Specialist in West Hartford, CT. You will create inspirational, fun experiences for LEGO fans while working in a vibrant store environment on a part‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every guest, operate the cash register, and ensure a friendly, professional interaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store by performing daily cleaning and visual‑merchandising tasks.
• Assist in receiving merchandise, organize the stockroom, and follow safety regulations.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required profile

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to engage with guests of all ages.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 30 lb, and perform frequent moving, reaching, and climbing.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Commitment to LEGO brand values and a clean, safe store environment.
