RTC Receptionist

About the role

The RTC Receptionist provides front‑desk and secretarial support to the Tribal Council and Administrative Offices. Working in a busy office environment, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a multi‑line telephone system, answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate personnel.
• Welcome visitors, manage sign‑in procedures and maintain a professional reception area.
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
• Assist the Executive Assistant to the Council with scheduling, correspondence and other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong organizational and customer‑service skills.
• Knowledge of standard office practices and proficiency with common office equipment.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing.
