Room Attendant – Heritage Hotel in Himalayan Hill Town

About the role

We are looking for a Room Attendant to join our heritage hotel located in a classic Himalayan hill town in India. The property, built in the 1870s, offers 31 rooms and suites with lake views and an old‑world, unhurried atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, service and set up guest rooms and bathrooms to the property's standards.
• Provide turndown service and replenish linen, towels and guest amenities.
• Report maintenance issues and handle lost‑and‑found promptly.
• Keep corridors and public areas spotless.
• Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort (freshers with hotel management training will be considered).
• Sharp eye for detail and pride in a perfectly made room.
• Polite, discreet manner with guests; basic English and Hindi.
• Physically fit and comfortable on your feet throughout the shift.
