Rigger 3 – On‑site Rigging Specialist

About the role

Saudi Archirodon is seeking an experienced Rigger 3 to join its construction team in Khagaria. The role involves performing daily rigging operations on large‑scale projects, ensuring loads are moved safely and efficiently according to approved lifting plans.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, secure, and move loads using cranes, hoists and other lifting equipment.
• Inspect rigging gear, select appropriate slings and accessories, and verify load balance.
• Coordinate with crane operators, signalers and supervisors to execute lifts safely.
• Follow company safety procedures, report equipment issues or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain clean work areas and support other construction activities as needed.
• Participate in regular safety briefings and toolbox talks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in rigging operations on construction or industrial sites.
• Ability to read basic load charts, lifting plans and site instructions.
• Knowledge of safe rigging practices and regulatory safety standards.
• Physical capability to work at heights, in confined spaces and use PPE consistently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Relevant rigging certification or training is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Khagaria and follow shift schedules.
