Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager is responsible for managing the transient rooms inventory of our hotel(s) in Pune, ensuring optimal revenue generation. This role balances group and transient bookings, releases group rooms back to inventory, and maintains clean booking windows for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the transient rooms inventory to maximize revenue.
• Release group rooms back into the general inventory and ensure clean booking windows.
• Recommend pricing and positioning strategies for cluster properties.
• Oversee the inventory management system to verify selling strategies.
• Compile, analyze, and report revenue data against forecasts.
• Conduct sales‑strategy analysis and adjust to increase market share.
• Generate regular reports, presentations, and updates on the transient segment.
• Participate in revenue‑management projects and align strategies with market knowledge.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience.
• Strong analytical ability to break down data and identify trends.
• Experience in revenue management, sales, or marketing within the hospitality sector.
