Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will drive commercial performance for Caravan Hatta, a new adventure camp in the Hatta mountains. Working closely with the Senior Director of Sales and the Our Habitas commercial team, you will shape pricing, inventory and demand‑optimisation strategies across rooms, packages and group bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a revenue strategy aligned with occupancy, profitability and brand positioning.
• Set pricing, inventory and yield tactics for all market segments and room categories.
• Monitor booking pace, cancellations, no‑shows and market trends to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Adjust rates and inventory based on seasonality, demand patterns and special events.
• Support peak‑period, low‑demand and promotional pricing strategies.
• Lead accurate forecasting for ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and overall revenue.
• Prepare regular performance analyses and present recommendations to leadership.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and commercial planning processes.

• Practical understanding of hospitality operations and pre‑opening environments.

• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing and operations teams.
