Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will be based on-site in North Goa and will lead pricing, inventory and distribution strategies for a growing hospitality portfolio. This full‑time position focuses on maximizing revenue and profitability across the property while working closely with sales, marketing and front‑office teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adjust pricing strategies and room inventory to meet revenue targets.
• Analyze demand trends, monitor competitor rates and prepare accurate revenue forecasts.
• Manage distribution channels, including channel managers and online travel agencies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and front‑office teams to align revenue initiatives with occupancy goals.
• Review performance reports, identify improvement opportunities and implement revenue‑enhancing initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and support data‑driven decisions.
• Experience in hotel revenue management and revenue recognition.
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, budgeting and cost control.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Hospitality Management, Business or related field preferred.
