Retail Trainer – Store Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Trainer to lead store‑level training across our network. The role ensures that store teams have the skills, knowledge and attitude needed to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience and to meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, online and on‑floor training sessions covering customer service, product knowledge, upselling, visual merchandising and SOPs.
• Facilitate new‑hire onboarding, orientation and ongoing refresher workshops.
• Track training completion, NPS, conversion rates and feedback scores; observe staff during live interactions and provide coaching.
• Identify performance gaps and design customized interventions.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Training Champions to align training with store goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting The Souled Store’s values and keeping teams motivated.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail training, store operations or customer‑experience roles; apparel retail a plus.
• Strong understanding of store‑level sales, service and retail SOPs.
• Excellent presentation, coaching and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
• Energetic, hands‑on, people‑first attitude.
