Retail Sourcer – 12‑Month Contract (India)

About the role

Apple is looking for a proactive Retail Sourcer to join its EMEIA Retail Recruiting team on a 12‑month contract. You will help attract and screen talent for Apple Retail Stores across India, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience that aligns with Apple’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the India Recruiting team to understand current and future hiring needs for retail locations.
• Source, headhunt, and engage candidates using external search tools and community/university networks.
• Conduct engagement calls and screening interviews via WebEx to assess interest and fit.
• Maintain candidate records in Apple’s recruiting systems and manage the end‑to‑end candidate journey.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely updates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruiting or talent sourcing.
• Fluency in English and based in India.
• Strong learning agility with new tools and systems.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make quality decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• WebEx (for virtual interviews and engagement calls).
