About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Executive to join our team in a busy mall environment. You will be the primary point of contact for customers interested in mobile phones, laptops, and computer accessories, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide detailed information on mobile, laptop, and computer products to customers.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, and pricing clearly.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Ensure the store’s product displays and inventory are well‑organized and visually appealing.
