Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive will be the front‑line representative of the store, engaging customers and driving sales. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining store standards and supporting post‑sale activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer within a 10‑foot radius and ensure 100% guest sales compliance.
• Apply the “Lean time equals Learn Time” principle and follow the 10‑feet rule consistently.
• Escalate unresolved customer complaints to the Store Manager and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain rapport with customers and coordinate with the service desk for complaint handling.
• Follow‑up on post‑sale commitments such as installations, repairs, and free gifts.
• Maintain proper product displays, ticketing, and regular stock counts as per merchandising standards.
• Record and update customer data in the follow‑up register.
• Continuously update product knowledge, promotions, processes, and policies.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings, training sessions, and be aware of emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or graduate with at least 1 year of experience in B2C sectors such as QSR, retail, hospitality or aviation.
• Good communication skills in English and the local language.
• Pleasant personality with a strong service attitude and orientation.
• Competencies: customer service orientation, good interpersonal skills, willingness to learn.

What we offer

• Compensation up to 2 lakh INR per annum (approximately 14 k INR in‑hand monthly).
