Retail Sales Executive – Eyewear Store Associate

About the role

Lenskart, India’s leading omni‑channel eyewear retailer, is seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join its retail team as Sales Associates across Kerala. You will deliver an outstanding shopping experience, meet sales targets and uphold high store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their eyewear needs and recommend suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses and accessories.
• Provide a seamless purchase journey and achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Promote ongoing offers, membership programmes and value‑added products.
• Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment and audits.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies, SOPs and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or above; freshers are welcome.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality or FMCG is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English preferred.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
