Retail Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist to lead growth and marketing initiatives for Mamaearth & The Derma Co. Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) across India. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, store revenue, brand visibility, and engagement through integrated campaigns, new store launches, CRM, local marketing, and digital activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to increase footfall, sales, and customer retention.
• Lead end‑to‑end marketing for new store openings, relaunches, and local store campaigns.
• Plan and run CRM initiatives, including WhatsApp, SMS, email, and loyalty campaigns.
• Manage influencer collaborations, social media activations, and digital campaigns to boost store awareness.
• Drive promotional, seasonal, and in‑store branding activations across the retail network.
• Analyze campaign performance and key retail KPIs such as sales, footfall, conversion, ATV, and ROI to optimise effectiveness.
• Oversee marketing budgets, agency partners, and vendors to ensure efficient execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail marketing and campaign management.
• Ability to coordinate multi‑channel CRM initiatives and influencer collaborations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and optimise spend.
• Experience managing budgets and external partners.
