Retail & Auto LPG Stations Officer

About the role

The Retail & Auto LPG Stations Officer will oversee sales, compliance, and operational excellence across IPPL’s LPG stations in Karnataka. You will drive brand promotion, ensure safety standards, and support business expansion through dealer and vendor management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, create performance dashboards and monitor market trends.
• Promote the “propel” brand through local campaigns and dealer engagement programs.
• Enforce work‑permit systems, maintain safety equipment, and conduct regular compliance audits.
• Align procurement and pricing with company policy, update dealers on price changes, and manage LPG orders in SAP.
• Address audit findings, supervise tank testing, and coordinate site maintenance and technical issue resolution.
• Identify new dealer locations, assist with authority approvals, and draft/renew dealership agreements.
• Track vendor contracts, purchase orders, and AMC agreements; ensure timely payments and quality compliance.
• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, daily site visit logs, and comprehensive sales, expense, and compliance reports.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0‑5 years of experience in retail outlet marketing, sales supervision or related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with vendors, contractors and local authorities.
• Proficiency in local language(s) preferred.
