Retail Associate – Nike Direct Store

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Associates to join Nike Direct’s new store in Bhiwandi, Mumbai. As a Nike Athlete you will deliver world‑class service, embody the brand’s values and help create an engaging shopping experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized service using Nike’s four service principles – Know, Equip, Engage, Inspire.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions and process shipping and receiving duties.
• Stock the sales floor, maintain visual displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Support back‑of‑house tasks such as inventory management and stockroom duties.
• Participate in store events and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Adapt to varied schedules, including weekends and evenings, to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Completed secondary school qualification.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Fluent verbal and written English.
• Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Team‑oriented attitude with strong customer‑service focus.
• One or more years of customer‑service or retail experience preferred.
