Restaurant Manager – Mumbai

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will own the day‑to‑day operations of a Pizza 4P's outlet in Mumbai, leading the Kitchen, Pizza, Service, Cheese and Guest Service Associate teams as a single unit. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining brand standards, and driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service from opening to closing and handling escalated guest concerns.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics (online reviews, NPS) and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and food safety across all departments.
• Manage the restaurant’s P&L, including sales, food cost, labour cost and overall profitability against budget.
• Approve procurement, drive cost‑control measures and allocate resources efficiently.
• Analyse sales data and guest feedback to develop revenue‑growth strategies.
• Lead, coach and develop Assistant Managers and GSA Leaders, conducting regular performance reviews and succession planning.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, training and ensure clear role definitions for each team member.
• Enforce food quality, presentation and consistency standards, and run audit programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑service restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance, budgets and cost‑control initiatives.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
