Restaurant Manager

About the role

Beyondburg Inc. is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Manager to lead its Bengaluru location. You will be responsible for delivering a guest‑first experience by overseeing all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, ensuring food quality, service excellence and a clean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and shift coverage.
• Supervise front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, maintaining high standards of service, food quality and cleanliness.
• Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues promptly and implement improvement initiatives.
• Control inventory, coordinate with suppliers and oversee cash handling and cost management.
• Assist with recruitment, training, coaching and performance evaluation of team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in quick‑service or casual dining.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle guest feedback calmly.
• Experience in hiring, training and leading teams.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and capable of solving operational problems.
