About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Host or Hostess to join our restaurant team in Mumbai. The role involves welcoming guests, managing the waiting list, and ensuring a smooth seating flow to enhance the overall dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Maintain and update the waiting list and reservation system.
- Coordinate with the floor staff to seat guests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about the restaurant layout, menu, and wait times.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.
Required profile
- Female candidates.
- Completed Higher Secondary Education (HSC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
