Restaurant General Manager – Hyderabad

About the role

Maiz Mexican Kitchen, a fast‑growing quick‑service restaurant brand, is seeking a performance‑driven Restaurant General Manager to lead one of its high‑volume outlets in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end restaurant operations, adhering to SOPs, food safety standards, and guest service benchmarks.
• Lead, coach, and develop Shift Managers and restaurant staff to build a high‑performance culture.
• Drive sales and profitability through effective labour, inventory, and food‑cost management.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, audit, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and ordering processes to optimise stock levels.
• Track and analyse store KPIs such as sales, labour cost, food cost, and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Graduate (preferred) or equivalent experience in the QSR industry.
• 5–7 years of QSR experience with at least 2–3 years in a General Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Prior experience with brands like KFC, Burger King, McDonald’s or Domino’s is highly preferred.
• Based in Hyderabad.

• Annual salary of ₹4–5 Lakhs.
• Performance incentives up to ₹30,000 per month.
