Residential Academic Teacher – Multiple Subjects

About the role

Unison World School, a premier all‑girls residential institution in Dehradun, is seeking full‑time academic teachers for a range of subjects. The role involves delivering the Cambridge and/or ICSE curriculum to students from Grades 6 to 12 while actively participating in the residential school community.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Cambridge and/or ICSE curriculum for the assigned subject(s) to Grades 6‑12.
• Prepare and adapt lesson plans and teaching materials to meet diverse learning needs.
• Participate actively in residential school life, including pastoral care and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop and update curriculum and assessment strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of full‑time teaching experience.
• Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in the relevant subject from a recognised institution.
• B.Ed. in the relevant discipline (mandatory).
• Experience in residential schools (preferred) and familiarity with Cambridge and/or ICSE curricula.
• Strong knowledge of educational principles and effective teaching methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to holistic education and willingness to engage in residential life.
