Resident Nurse – Luxury Wellness Resort

About the role

The Wellness Resort in Dehradun is seeking a Resident Nurse to provide high‑quality clinical support to its high‑net‑worth Indian and international guests. This full‑time, on‑site position includes luxury accommodation and meals, allowing the nurse to live and work within the sanctuary grounds.

Key responsibilities

• Assist doctors and senior Vaidyas during consultations, health checks, and specialized wellness procedures.
• Monitor guest vital signs, conduct regular health assessments, and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Provide emergency first‑response care, administer IV therapy, and manage the first‑aid and dispensary inventory.
• Administer prescribed medications, elixirs, and therapies while ensuring guest comfort and strict hygiene.
• Coordinate with the Ayurvedic Paramedic and Wellness Team for scheduling, room preparation, and post‑treatment follow‑up.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized institution with valid State Nursing Council registration.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on clinical experience in a multispecialty hospital or reputable clinic.
• High empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to interact comfortably with HNWIs and international guests.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of South Indian languages is a plus.
• Commitment to medical ethics, confidentiality, and hygiene standards.
