Resident Construction Manager (RCM)

About the role

LR Energy is seeking a seasoned Resident Construction Manager (RCM) to lead construction activities for its Compressed Biogas (CBG) projects across Saharanpur and other locations. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, safe, and on‑time renewable energy infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities for renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Plan and monitor site operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Supervise contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Review technical drawings, contracts, and specifications to maintain quality control.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and mitigate delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for senior management.
• Utilize construction management software for planning, tracking, and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience, preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
