About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Reservations & Ticketing Agent to join our Jaipur office. The role involves managing flight and hotel bookings for our travel customers, ensuring smooth transactions and high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Process flight reservations and issue tickets using GDS platforms.
- Search, book and modify hotel accommodations through major portals.
- Handle rate inquiries, availability checks, room‑category selections, amendments and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information to customers and resolve booking issues promptly.
- Identify upselling opportunities and promote additional travel services.
Required profile
- Proven experience in flight reservations and ticketing.
- Background in travel, tourism or hospitality.
- Strong communication and customer‑handling abilities.
- Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
Required skills
- GDS knowledge – Sabre and Galileo.
- Hotel booking portals – TBO, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Hotelbeds, RateHawk.
- Understanding of hotel rates, availability, room categories, amendments and cancellations.
