Reservations Supervisor – Hotel Team Leader

About the role

The Reservations Supervisor will lead the reservations team at a premier resort in South Goa, ensuring smooth booking processes and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role combines operational oversight with close collaboration across front‑office, revenue and sales functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all reservation activities, including bookings, amendments, cancellations and room availability.
• Oversee OTA (Online Travel Agency) channel handling and extranet management.
• Coordinate daily with Front Office, Revenue Management and Sales teams to align inventory and pricing.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow‑up on reservation‑related queries.
• Prepare and analyse reservation reports using MS Excel.
• Handle professional email and corporate correspondence with guests and partners.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and deliver seamless guest service.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented hospitality professional with strong communication abilities.
• Good computer literacy and a passion for delivering seamless guest experiences.
• Ability to lead a small team and work collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with OTA platforms and extranet management.
