About the role

The Reservation Sales Executive is responsible for managing end‑to‑end bookings and sales activities across both B2B and B2C segments. The role focuses on generating revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating smoothly with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete reservation cycles for B2C and B2B customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls for sales and reservation inquiries.
• Drive revenue through effective sales conversations and deal closures.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain high‑quality customer communication, follow‑up, and relationship management.
• Adapt quickly to daily revenue and pricing updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking operations.
• Process multiple leads, properties, inquiries, and calls efficiently.
• Accurately maintain booking records, reports, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Respond professionally to emails and customer queries.
