About the role
As a Reservation Associate you will play a key part in driving hotel occupancy by delivering a pleasant and efficient reservations service. You will interact directly with guests, helping them secure rooms while ensuring a smooth booking experience that reflects Accor’s hospitality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Maximise room bookings by promoting available inventory and upselling where appropriate.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest details are captured.
- Respond to customer queries promptly, resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with front‑desk and revenue teams to align bookings with revenue goals.
