Representative, Planner & Order Fulfillment

About the role

As a Representative, Planner & Order Fulfillment you will ensure customers receive the right products at the right time while supporting a resilient, globally connected supply chain. You will collaborate with manufacturing plants, distribution centres, suppliers, sales and customer service teams to balance demand, inventory and material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute material and fulfillment plans based on demand forecasts, production schedules and order requirements.
• Coordinate supply and inventory across global manufacturing sites, distribution centres and suppliers, resolving shortages and capacity constraints.
• Conduct daily order book reviews, manage order changes, create deliveries and align customer expectations with supply capabilities.
• Utilise SAP planning tools to execute MRP activities, maintain planning parameters and ensure data accuracy.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimisation, process standardisation and operational performance.
• Provide insights during S&OP discussions, support sourcing projects and develop recovery plans for critical supply risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in material planning, supply planning, inventory management or order fulfillment within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including MRP, inventory management, demand planning and supplier coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP (MM/PP) or comparable ERP planning systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
