Remote Telecaller (Work From Home)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated telecaller to join our remote team, handling both inbound and outbound calls from the comfort of your home. You will be the voice of the company, engaging customers, generating leads, and providing support.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers using predefined scripts to promote products or services, generate leads, or set appointments.
• Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from consumers seeking assistance, information, or solutions to their complaints.
• Lead Tracking: Obtain, verify, and update contact details and customer feedback in the company's CRM system.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for successful calls, sales, or lead conversions.
• Relationship Building: Address client queries, remain patient with challenging dispositions, and adapt communication style to suit the listener.

Required profile

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or telemarketing is a major advantage.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English, Hindi, or regional dialects.
• Tech Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and automatic dialing systems.
• Soft Skills: Persuasive negotiation abilities, resilience against rejection, and a high level of patience.
