Remote LLM Trainer (Agent completion tasks)

About the role

We are looking for a Remote LLM Trainer to create high‑quality multi‑turn conversation data for foundational large language model companies. You will simulate realistic interactions between users and AI assistants that can call external tools such as calendar, email, maps, and drive, helping improve model fine‑tuning and evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑turn dialogues that mimic real user‑assistant exchanges, including appropriate tool‑calling sequences.
• Play both the user and the assistant, ensuring logical flow and correct usage of function‑calling APIs.
• Follow internal formatting and quality guidelines, iterating on examples based on reviewer feedback.
• Collaborate with peers to maintain consistency and high standards across all delivered data.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a technical or analytical role.
• Strong logical reasoning and ability to break down complex tasks into realistic conversational steps.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience working with APIs and JSON data formats.
